Drawing on a distinguished background in international diplomacy and operational planning, Farren plays a pivotal role in orchestrating consistent external experiences for Cedar Hill’s clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Before joining Cedar Hill, Farren supported multiple U.S. Secretaries of State as a Special Assistant and member of the Advance Team, executing complex diplomatic missions across the globe. Her work required deep cross-cultural fluency, mastery of protocol, and a steady hand in critical, fast-moving situations. From managing VIP movements to building trusted relationships in foreign territories, Farren earned a reputation as a dependable and discreet leader behind the scenes of international affairs.

Her professional journey is underpinned by a strong academic foundation: she earned a Master’s degree in Health Promotion Management from American University, following a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University.
